Dr Herdee Luna, President of Philippine Society of Oncologists sharing breast cancer screening and Patient Navigation Mobile Bus services from Philippine Cancer Society as one of the best practices partnered with Quezon City to improve breast cancer education, detection and bridge to immediate treatment through network of collaboration with centers with treatment access programs. These learning were shared during the NICCA Localization Summit for Baguio: “Building a Network of Hope and Healing” (13 June 2024).
The event discussed strategies to enhancing cancer care and support systems in the region through multistakeholder collaboration between health care professionals, health care delivery service providers, patient survivors and policy makers.
